Hi, I’m Sam, a Personal Trainer & Group exercise Instructor, working at a local community gym and in the green spaces around South West London. I teach classes and train clients of all fitness levels and abilities. I specialise in Exercise Referral and Falls Prevention,  but regularly update my knowledge to ensure I can work with people focussing on what they need, be that recovering from falls to keeping healthy in pregnancy.

The majority of my clients want to improve confidence, lose weight or gain strength. Feeling fit and strong is a very powerful feeling and encourages confidence in all areas of life – it’s not just about looking good, how you feel means so much more.
