Privacy and Terms

All clients must complete and sign consent and health questionnaires and complete their assessment prior to taking part in any programme.  Online client must also sign a waiver. All client information will be kept confidentially and used only to assist in meeting their specific goals, it will not be used/sold by any third party with the exception of track and trace for COVID-19. For all clients based at Teddington Pools & Fitness I comply with their specific privacy policy

Payment for all sessions is required in advance by bank transfer, block bookings must be paid in full, in advance via bank transfer to receive the discount.

Cancellation of any session must be 24 hours notice, late cancellation may incur a charge/loss of that session from a package. Exceptions include COVID-19, bad weather (storms/ice).. Clients training at Teddington Pools & Fitness centre must book and pay (as applicable) for their own session/space in the gym once time slot agreed. I will book and pay for my gym space to train the client. This is a new requirement from the gym. It does not apply to outdoor sessions.

COVID-19: Clients must not attend sessions should they show any of the documented symptoms or be awaiting a test or test result or have been tested positive. Sessions can only resume in person once a test is negative. Cancellations policy does not apply if you are asked to test/isolate.  I am working to the government guidelines and will advise of any changes as and when they arise and may be at short notice. All clients do not wear masks during exercise but must ensure good hand hygiene and follow the venue specific rules (such as wearing masks moving around the building, cleaning equipment after use and sticking to the booking time slots).
