Hi, I’m Sam, a Personal Trainer & Group exercise Instructor, working at a local community gym and in the Royal Parks, in South West London. I teach classes and train clients of all fitness levels and abilities, however, I specialise in Exercise Referral and Falls Prevention, regularly updating my knowledge (most recently with a course on exercise with Osteoporosis) which is primarily aimed at the older population but affects many younger people, which means this learning is relevant too.
The majority of my clients want to improve confidence, lose weight or gain strength. Feeling fit and strong is a very powerful feeling and encourages confidence in all areas of life – it’s not just about looking good, how you feel means so much more.
