Upper body

So last week was all about lower body, here’s an upper body workout  – easy to do at home. If you don’t have weights use cans/bottles of water or something similar that adds some resistance. Work slowly to keep the muscle under tension if you don’t have anything you can use. Enjoy!

Working with Sam for the last 2 years has been a revelation – I had no idea that going to the gym could be so enjoyable, nor that I was capable of gaining so much strength and flexibility again in my sixties, after a year of brutal cancer treatment left me physically and emotionally wrecked. Sam is perfect! She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and tailors my workout each week to ensure I am pushing myself whilst also working around my weak knee. She pushes you to workout harder and challenge yourself without you feeling under pressure.
