Rev up your hormones for weight loss

Nothing new here, but sometimes it’s the way you say it…. This article, highlights what has been said so many times before. To lose weight and build lean muscle you need to focus on decent sleep, eating right (and that means all macros), and lifting weights (which seems to terrify women).

Sam’s sessions are very rewarding, and I can feel myself getting stronger. With an 8 month old, it can be hard to fit exercise in, and my gym doesn’t have a creche, so being able to bring my baby along is perfect. Sam is supportive and encouraging, and varies her sessions every week, so it’s very much something I look forward to.

I know Sam is genuinely interested in me getting to my goal and completely non judgemental- which is fantastic. Sam is brilliant, and I really enjoy working out with her. I decided to get a personal trainer because I was struggling to motivate myself to fit in the gym and wanted some help to ensure when I did work out it was really effective.
Sam is perfect! She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and tailors my workout each week to ensure I am pushing myself whilst also working around my weak knee. She pushes you to workout harder and challenge yourself without you feeling under pressure.
She is really understanding and knows that her clients are busy with hectic lives and is really flexible. Sam is really personable I enjoy my sessions each week as they are fun and I enjoy our chats.
