About me

Sam Jempson 2019I have had an interest in health and fitness for as long as I can remember, studying Leisure Management at college, before taking a diversion professionally into Music & Motorsport Publishing, but my enthusiasm for nutrition and fitness meant I studied in my own time to improve my knowledge. I have tried out a lot of gyms, a few personal trainers and plenty of different classes. Some I loved, some I didn’t – but all this shaped my interest in learning more.

I enjoy motivating and encouraging clients to try something new and reach their goals. Who knows what you can achieve if you don’t give it a go!

Before you commit to training with me, I ask every new client to complete a brief assessment with me (no more than 30 mins). This can help answer your questions, set some goals, highlight preferences and talk through your general health and lifestyle routine.

My aim is that every client leaves their session with a sense of achievement and that’s what makes me happy.  If you haven’t tried Personal Training before, don’t be scared, yes, it’s a bit daunting at first but my job is to put you at ease and ensure you learn to workout (with or without me) safely, effectively, and with enjoyment (or at least enough enthusiasm to complete the session).
